Halloween Harvest Festival

Join us for our Annual Bite Nite and trick or treat bags. Each child will receive a bite wafer that is a simple way of documenting your young child’s unique tooth characteristics, tooth position within the arch and maxillomandibular jaw relationship, as well as a method of collecting DNA – all important identifiers.

Coca Cola Annual Employee Heath Fair

Every summer Coca Cola invites healthcare professionals to their facility to inform their employees of a vast variety of health related issues. For the past four years Thurston Comprehensive Dental Center has been involved with Coca Cola’s efforts to better inform the employees of their oral health and also encourage a healthy lifestyle. We give the employees goody bags filled with oral health essentials, toothbrush and floss. We also provide them with pertinent information regarding periodontal disease, heart disease, diabetes, oral cancer and other ailments that are closely linked with oral care. In addition to written information we provide photos to show oral cancers, periodontal disease, “meth mouth”, rampant decay and baby bottle decay.  This is a great opportunity for our practice to interact and educate the community.
